A Mini-Implant-Supported Canine Cantilever Spring
Early extrusion of a palatally impacted upper canine is enabled by a skeletally anchored cantilever arm. Two bracket-head miniscrews are inserted with their slots aligned for proper torque expression. The canine can be erupted within six months, independent of the adjacent teeth.
