Uprighting an Impacted Lower Canine with Miniscrew Anchorage in a Severely Oligodontic Patient

Orthodontic consolidation of a first molar space usually involves extraction of the second premolars in the other three quadrants. Instead, this Pearl recommends extracting the upper first premolars and either a lower first or lower second premolar on the opposite side.
