Treatment of Transposed Canines and First Premolars Using Miniscrew Anchorage

Dr. Kook and colleagues present a technique for moving transposed canines and first premolars into their normal positions without extraction. A miniscrew is used to anchor traction of the canine, while the premolar is moved distally with a lever arm from a long-hook bracket.
