Nonsurgical Correction of Class III Malocclusion and Anterior Open Bite with Mini-Implant Anchorage

The combination of mandibular prognathism with anterior open bite in an adult patient has traditionally required surgical-orthodontic correction. As this case shows, skeletal anchorage now enables orthodontic molar intrusion to close the open bite by counterclockwise mandibular rotation.
