Intiveo has partnered with RingCentral to introduce Intiveo Voice, a communication solution that combines a cloud-based phone system with patient-engagement software. According to the company, when a patient calls, the Caller ID+ feature enables one-click access to the Profile Panel, which provides all the information the staff needs to easily manage upcoming appointments, access referral history, and more. A detailed, automated log of inbound and outbound calls simplifies follow-up.

Fluoride Sealant
American Orthodontics has launched BracePaste Fluoride Sealant, a primer and sealant in one, designed to help protect teeth during orthodontic treatment, according to the company. The sealant is applied to the tooth surface before bracket placement, enhancing bond strength, and gradually releases fluoride to protect enamel. Designed for long-term use, it glows under UV light so that orthodontists can monitor its presence throughout treatment.

Self-Ligating Bracket
Allure Ortho recently introduced the SMOOTH SL passive self-ligating bracket. SMOOTH SL was designed with patient comfort in mind, offering smooth, rounded edges and a low profile, according to the company. The slot and door are the same width, ensuring accurate, stable torque. The door is easy to open with a dental probe and close with a finger. Each bracket is labeled with the tooth number for quick identification.
