Herbst Appliance with Four-Miniscrew Anchorage for Mandibular Advancement after the Pubertal Peak
In this article, Drs. Manni, Boggio, Caldara, Gastaldi, and Cozzani treat a 17-year-old patient with a Class II, division 1 malocclusion using a miniscrew-assisted rapid palatal expander, along with a skeletally supported Herbst appliance modified to limit lower-incisor inclination.
