Skeletal Anchorage for Strategic Treatment of Hyperdivergent Class III Malocclusion in Adult Patients

Retromolar miniscrews are used to anchor en masse mandibular distalization in hyperdivergent Class III treatment. The lower third molars are extracted to provide space for the miniscrews and the distal movement, while various measures are taken to prevent anterior torque loss.
