Bracket-Wire System

The Damon Ultima System provides faster, more precise finishing by enabling earlier, more accurate control of rotation, angulation, and torque, according to the company. This full-expression orthodontic system has been re-engineered to integrate round-sided rectangular wires and parallelogram-shaped bracket slots, nearly eliminating slot play. The ability to apply lighter forces promotes patient comfort. Neutral, retrocline, and procline options are available for torque control; larger archwires and different materials can be ordered for more difficult cases.

Appliance Cleaner

OrVance Retainer Cleaner was developed specifically to clean removable appliances, including retainers, aligners trays, mouthguards, and night guards. According to the manufacturer, only two cleanings are needed per week, making the product more convenient and economical for patients and thus encouraging compliance. The effervescent tablets are available in packages of 28 (a three-month supply) or in four-tablet trial packs that also include a QR code linking to an instructional video.

Media Mount

The Molar Media Mount plus HoverShield attaches directly to a dental light to support either a tablet device (sold separately) or a clear acrylic splatter barrier (included). According to the manufacturer, a standard tablet weighing less than 16oz can easily be attached to the 20" aluminum arm using a ball-and-socket assembly. The tablet can then be positioned in the patient’s view for entertainment or education. When splatter protection is needed, the 12" × 12" HoverShield can be mounted instead.
