Segmental Orthodontics for Space Calibration in Preprosthodontic Treatment
In this adult patient requiring preparation for replacement of missing lower first molars, the author demonstrates how segmental mechanics can be used with direct and indirect mini-implant anchorage to obtain controlled tooth movements without unwanted effects on adjacent teeth.
