Dr. Shoaf is an Associate Professor, Wake Forest University School of Medicine, Department of Dentistry, Medical Center Boulevard, Winston-Salem, NC, 27197; e-mail: sshoaf@wfubmc.edu. She is part of the university's Sleep Medicine Fellowship faculty in its accredited Sleep Medicine program, a member of the Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine, and a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics. Dr. Shoaf is also in the private practice of orthodontics in Winston-Salem.
