The "Sashette" Attachment for Correcting Severely Rotated Upper Central Incisors
Dr. Nicozisis introduces a variation on his “sash” attachment designed specifically for upper central incisors. Placing these smaller attachments in the incisal third reduces visibility while improving rotational control during clear aligner treatment.
