Treatment of an Asymmetrical Class II Malocclusion in an Adult Patient with Multiple Missing Teeth

A Class II subdivision malocclusion is particularly challenging to treat in an adult patient with multiple missing teeth. In this article, the authors treat such a case with extraction of an upper molar and space closure supported by two mini-implants.
