Treatment of a Class II, Division 2 Subdivision Left Malocclusion with a Unilateral Boneborne Pendulum Appliance and Clear Aligners

Drs. Palone, Preite, Averta, Cremonini, and Lombardo treat a Class II, division 2 subdivision left malocclusion with a hybrid approach. First, the upper posterior teeth are distalized with a boneborne M-Pendulum appliance, a modification of Hilgers’s device. Clear aligners are then used for orthodontic alignment.
