Facial Growth Modification with a Bone-Anchored Herbst Appliance Part I

De Clerck, Timmerman, Siciliano, and Nguyen and Ms. Vloebergh describe how conventional or bone-anchored Herbst appliances can correct a skeletal Class II malocclusion. Guidelines for using three-dimensional surface models to measure this correction are provided.
