Skeletally Anchored Running-Loop Technique for Mandibular First-Molar Uprighting

Agenesis or loss of a lower second premolar can lead to mesial tipping of the adjacent first molar. This Pearl describes a running-loop spring, supported by indirect miniscrew anchorage and posterior fixed appliances, that can upright and intrude the first molar without side effects.
