Preventing Unwanted Mesial Root Tip on Mandibular First Premolars

Mesial root tipping of a lower first premolar often occurs during treatment because of improper bracket placement. This Pearl illustrates how a simple addition of distal root tip before light curing can prevent such positioning errors.
