Regeneration of the Anterior Palatal Alveolar Cortex after Treatment of Bimaxillary Protrusion

Excessive incisor retraction in a bimaxillary protrusive case can lead to adverse iatrogenic sequelae. Dr. Singh uses cone-beam computed tomography to document alveolar bone remodeling after treatment of a patient whose upper incisors were retracted bodily past the palatal cortical plate.
