Forced Eruption of Multiple Impacted Teeth in an Adolescent Patient

A 12-year-old patient with five impacted upper anterior teeth is successfully treated with surgical exposure and orthodontic forced eruption. After space preparation and extraction of four first premolars, the impacted teeth are brought into the arch, and an impacted upper second premolar is erupted in the same way.
