Relapse Correction Using a Modified Spring Aligner and Expansion Screw

The authors describe a simple modification to a lower retainer, using a 7mm anteroposterior jackscrew, that can alleviate moderate lower anterior crowding due to relapse. The expansion screw not only provides substantial activation, but is easy to fit and insert.
