Pain and Quality of Life in Patients Undergoing Guided Piezocorticision-Assisted Orthodontic Treatment

This study evaluates postoperative pain levels and interference with daily activities of orthodontic patients after piezocorticision, a method that has been found to reduce the length of treatment. A new surgical guide based on cone-beam computed tomography helps identify precise locations for the incisions, thus avoiding root contact.
