Leaf Expander
The new leaf spring activated expander series from Leone features a small body size and a choice of two or three nickel titanium MEMORIA leaf springs, enabling the release of calibrated and continuous forces to promote maxillary expansion, according to the manufacturer. Reactivation is performed in the office to put the opposing leaf springs back in contact for further expansion. The two-spring and three-spring models generate 450g and 900g of force, respectively.
