Anterior spacing often relapses after comprehensive orthodontic treatment due to partial debonding of a lingual retainer, which may go unnoticed by the patient until the spaces have reappeared. Most patients are unwilling to have brackets rebonded for anterior space closure in such situations. A simple and invisible technique for space closure using bonded lingual buttons is shown here in a patient with reopened maxillary anterior spaces .
