Hello,
Somewhere, sometime I read an article about an "EVA-activator". I already searched jco-online for it, but can't find anything. Can someone help me in finding articles and photographs about it?
Maybe we call it something else here in Belgium. An EVA-activator is a piece of acrylic between the upper and lower molars connected to the headgear tubes of the upper molar bands. It can be used while wearing brackets.
